Why we built Novo Capital.
Novo Capital was founded in 2015 by a team of real estate investors who were tired of watching deals fall apart because traditional lenders moved too slowly. We had the experience, the deals, and the equity — but banks couldn't keep up.
We built Novo Capital to be the lender we always wished existed: one that understands the deal, speaks the language, and can close in days — not months. Today we've funded over $2 billion in real estate transactions across the country.
